Drinkup Product Manufacturer's Guarantee

We, Adret Gibs Ltd, guarantee all Drinkup units, which have been inspected carefully before leaving the factory, against any defect arising from faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
 
Consumable Parts Packs are not designed for long-term use, therefore are not covered by this guarantee. However, if an unused CPP is defective, please contact Adret Gibs Ltd. or your Supplier. Please keep the sales invoice from your Supplier as proof of purchase. This guarantee adds to and in no way detracts from your statutory rights as a consumer.

Order Processing & Delivery
 
We aim to process payments and dispatch all UK orders within 5 working days of receiving and accepting your order. However, you should allow up to 10 days for delivery to avoid disappointment. If there should be any delays in this process, we will advise you accordingly.
 
Next-day delivery option
We suggest the Next-day delivery option should only be selected when you have checked stock availability with us prior to ordering online. The following processing and dispatch times are based on goods being in stock. If goods are out of stock, we will process your order, advise if any expected delay over 10 days and dispatch using Next-day delivery when your goods arrive at our location.
  • Deliveries are not made on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Orders received from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday are normally processed and dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders received after 3pm Monday to Friday are normally processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Returns Policy & Cancel Orders
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items*, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, with all labels intact. 
 
*Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are sent via standard delivery.
 
Please also note that returns on some items cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. Certain products are also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons - this will be indicated with the product information for these items on our website.

Returns period
 
Our normal returns period is 28 days from when you receive the goods, and we must receive any returned items within this time.
 
(Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in our warehouse, so please allow sufficient time for your goods to reach us)

All goods are returned to Adret Gibs Ltd. at your own expense. We recommend using Recorded Delivery to obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items which do not reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
 
International customers:
 
Send your return via an insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs.
Return postage from outside the UK is payable by the sender. Please retain your delivery/shipping documentation as we do not accept responsibility for items which do not reach us.
 
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
 
In all cases, your proof of postage should show the ADRET GIBS LTD. address to which you have returned the goods, together with the post office's printed/stamped confirmation of the date of posting.
 
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to seven days from receipt of your return for this to be done.
 
If no return instructions are enclosed with your return, we will automatically issue a refund for the returned items.
 
Refunds
 
If you have requested a refund, replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, or no return instructions are specified, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order using our credit and debit card payment processor. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note that we are unable to offer credit notes.
 
Replacements
 
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order via our credit and debit card payment processor.
 
"I no longer have the despatch paperwork - what do I do?"
 
If you no longer have the paperwork that was supplied with your order, please address the package to the returns address. Enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included: Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or email address (especially important if you do not know your order number), return reason and details of refund or replacement required.
 
If using the original packaging, please ensure that the original address label is covered up. Please quote your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return to Adret Gibs Ltd.
 
Return of Faulty Goods
 
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
